Referral Pathway
We welcome referrals for children and young people up to the age of 18 who are experiencing emotional, behavioural, or mental health difficulties. The following outlines the typical referral pathway for our outpatient services:
The first step to accessing care is to identify the right service, which is why we offer a free 15-minute consultation to explore how we may assist you.
If we are the right service for you, we can arrange a full assessment. This meeting will be more extensive (90 minutes) and aims to identify the issues, allowing us to collaboratively develop a treatment plan based on evidence-based therapy (meaning it has been thoroughly researched and proven effective).
